Chattertree is a private social network. All user content, including photos, stories, events, profile details, and comments, provided by the Chattertree member is their own property and is protected by members' login and password. Members are allowed to copy and reproduce the information they own. Chattertree may store user content on a third party service for backup and long-term storage. User content will remain password protected and will only be accessible by registered members of the respective family site. All other content on the Web Site is the property of Chattertree, is copyright material and is protected by international copyright laws.

Chattertree server collects and saves only the default information customarily logged by web server software. Such information may include the date and time of visit, the originating IP address, and URLs to content you request. Chattertree may utilize member contributed textual information, such as descriptions of photos, stories, events, member profiles, and search terms, to display related advertisement.

  1. No Obtrusive Advertisement or Spyware

Chattertree will not display pop-up or pop-behind advertisements or any other form of obtrusive advertisement that prevent members from using the services offered. We will not install spy ware, malware, or any other covert tracking and marketing software on your computer. Chattertree may display related advertisement in the form of banner ads, images and hyperlinks, on pages and around user contributed content.

  1. No Representations or Warranties; Limitations on Liability

The information and materials on the Web Site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Functionality of the Web Site could be interrupted due to technical problems. Changes are periodically made to the information and functionality of the Web Site.
